First of all, I'm sorry for the loss of your loved one. The year after losing a loved one is often the hardest – there are a lot of decisions to be made along with change and emotion!


When my mom suddenly passed away in 2021, she left behind a home in need of repairs that was packed with stuff from the past 40 years. I was the Personal Representative for her estate and had to figure out how to clean it out, repair and sell the property all while dealing with immense grief.


As a result of that experience, I became passionate about helping family members of deceased loved ones in similar situations.​

Monica has lived and worked on the Eastside for over twenty years. She has in depth knowledge of local schools, including publicly funded choice schools. In addition, her leadership experience in major corporations and real estate investment background give her the unique skills and expertise to be your trusted Real Estate professional.


Specifically, Monica has a passion for helping Seniors downsize/transition to their next home as well as helping family members of deceased loved ones settle their estate.
